deep-Sep : a deep learning-based program for selenoprotein gene prediction in bacteria

The deep-Sep program predicts selenoprotein genes and their ORFs in a query bacterial genome or nucleotide sequence.
(Note: For current online version, the maximum length of an input DNA sequence is 1 Mb. The average running time is ~5 min for 500 kb and ~10 min for 1 Mb)
